Knowing how to handle all the paperwork is crucial in being able to ensure nothing is missed or not completed correctly. As a licenced Realtor® I am experienced in negotiation and are able to advocate on your behalf, whether you are buying, selling or building a home with a home building company. I am able to stay objective,  helping you make decisions based on strategy rather than sentiment.
